organizational structure for the Island Territory of St. Maarten. Commissioner of Constitutional Affairs Sarah
Wescot-Williams said the current ordinance regulating the organizational
structure of the civil service dated back to 2006.

to receive the duties and responsibilities from the Central Government of the Netherlands Antilles, will be a tedious process. Commissioner Wescot was making the comment
